Team Transplant Training
Train for Elephant Rock with coach and former pro tri-athlete Scott Poston!

You can prepare for the Elephant Rock Ride by participating in the team training ride on Saturday, May 16th! Scott will take you on a three-hour training ride featuring hill-climb clinics and tips for cycling economy and efficiency through cadence, training zones, torque angles, and nutrition before, during, and after the ride. The course will be planned so that you can ride as long and as far as you want!
This training ride is exclusively for Team Transplant members who commit to raising a minimum of $500 for the American Transplant Foundation before June 3rd. You must submit your pledge form or donation before the ride.

Please RSVP for the ride by sending an email to Katie Cicerchi at katie@americantransplantfoundation.org. You will receive more details about the ride after you RSVP. If you haven’t already submitted a pledge form during registration, Katie will send you one.
Meet Scott Poston:
Scott Poston is the current fitness director at The Denver Athletic Club and a former professional tri-athlete. To obtain the professional tri-athlete status, Scott had to participate in at least 100 triathlons and to finish in the top three at three different USTA sanctioned events! Learn more about Scott.
