On Friday, August 28th, the American Transplant Foundation was the beneficiary of the fifth annual CJ Spiegel Memorial Golf Tournament at the Cotton Ranch Golf Club in Gypsum, Colorado. This year, more than 100 golfers came together to play four-person shotgun scramble in memory of CJ, a young hero who gave the gift of life in 2004. CJ’s parents sponsor this golf tournament each August to promote donor awareness throughout Colorado’s mountain communities and to honor the life of their little hero. After the golfing, there was live music, poker, food, dancing, and swimming.

Special thanks to the Spiegels, sponsors, and volunteers for making this year’s tournament another success!
