Team Transplant 2019!

We had a blast at Elephant Rock Cycling Festival in Castle Rock, Colorado!  Team Transplant 2019 was a huge success. Every year our team of living donors, transplant recipients, and supporters come out to raise awareness and funds for the most vulnerable living donors, transplant patients, and their families. This event is so important to us so that we can show the world that it is possible to lead a healthy, active lifestyle after an organ transplant.

Elephant Rock Cycling Festival features both road and mountain bike courses.  The event welcomes all ages and abilities with rides ranging from 8 to 100 miles. This year the American Transplant Foundation’s ‘Team Transplant’ raised over $43,000 for the most vulnerable living organ donors and transplant recipients!

This year, ATF set up a gear booth with a trivia wheel, hats, jerseys, and freebies to spread the word about living organ donation. We also set up a tent for our amazing riders with loads of snacks, breakfast, lunch, massage therapists, IV vitamin treatments, and games.

Thank you to all of our riders who rode for a cause this weekend, your support means everything to us! It was awesome to see our ATF community come together for a day of fun, friends, and fundraising. This event wouldn’t be possible without our riders, volunteers, and Sponsors. We hope to see you all again at our next event, Donor Dash on July 21st, 2019!
