We Went for the Gold at our 5th Annual Trivia For Life!
We are overwhelmed with the amount of support we received on Friday, September 29th at DaVita World Headquarters for our 5th Annual Trivia For Life!
The event proved to be an evening of remarkable support and heartwarming stories. Over 200 guests gathered at the DaVita Sky Lounge for a memorable night filled with comradery, breathtaking views, and a trivia competition. The event spotlighted the inspiring tale of USA gold medal swimmers Crissy Perham and Missy Franklin, who forged a unique bond when Perham selflessly donated a kidney to Franklin's father. As the American Transplant Foundation worked closely with the Franklin family on this journey, we honored Perham with a special award, emphasizing the significance of organ donation in transforming lives.

The event, emceed by 9News anchor Kim Christiansen, featured other touching stories of transplant recipients, living organ donors, and their families, serving as a poignant reminder of the event's purpose: raising funds to support the American Transplant Foundation's Patient Assistance Program and vision of making Colorado the first state where no one dies while awaiting a transplant.
Together, we exceeded our fundraising goal by raising nearly $200,000!
