"I have a 7 year old grandson, but unfortunately I can not do things with him since my cirrhosis diagnosis."

GREGORY—  POtential LIVER Transplant Recipient

My name is Gregory, and I am asking for your help to save my life.

I have stage 4 cirrhosis, variscies, and ascities.  I have exhausted all means of trying to find a donor: I had four potential donors but none worked out due to various reasons.

My life today is very unproductive.  I am tired all the time and sick with stomach cramps and nausea at least 5 nights a week. I have been unable to work since September 2019.  I don’t drive and do not receive disability.

I am very family oriented.  I used to work with my wife at her business.  I spent 31 years in law enforcement.  I like to exercise and do outdoor activities.  I have a 7 year old grandson, but unfortunately I can not do things with him since my cirrhosis diagnosis.

I am in desperate need of getting a transplant - from a donor with O+ blood type - while I am still relatively healthy.

I am looking forward to a better quality of life and a long happy life after finding a transplant.

Living donor transplants generally have better outcomes and can be arranged at a time convenient for both parties. No waiting and wondering while my body continues to weaken.

Thank you for taking your time to read and understand my current life situation, and we would appreciate you considering donating or spreading the word.

Thank you so much for your consideration!

Gregory
