Tree of Life: Brightening the Holidays for Transplant and Dialysis Patients

[flashcardslider id=’3′]

Everyone looks forward to the excitement that the holiday season brings. Unfortunately, for many transplant and dialysis patients, the holidays carry little joy.

That is why the American Transplant Foundation created the Tree of Life.

Through the Tree of Life, you can make the holidays a little brighter for transplant and dialysis patients in need by providing a gift card to a grocery store or super market.

Decorated with stories about patients and their needs, the Tree of Life is a simple way for you to make an impact during the holidays.  Help patients and their families celebrate this holiday season by giving presents, preparing a holiday meal or buying essentials for themselves.

You can choose a story and give online or visit the tree in person. The tree is located in the lobby of our office building at 410 17th Street in Downtown Denver. We are pleased to offer this opportunity for anyone to help brighten the holidays for a patient’s family. All donations received will bring a little holiday cheer.

If you would like to help, you can make a donation of $20-$50 which we will use to buy the patient a gift card. Please indicate the story number with your donation so we can give it to the right patient.

Happy Holidays from the American Transplant Foundation!
